Privacy Policy

Draft — pending legal review. HitPulse helps card breakers and hobby sellers see their sales, revenue, and payouts in one place. We hold financial data on your behalf and treat it accordingly.

What we collect

Your account email; and the sales data you import or connect — orders, fees, shipping, payouts, and per-break figures from your channels (e.g. a Whatnot Weekly Orders Report, or a connected store).

How we use it

Only to compute and show your dashboards (combined revenue, per-break P&L, payouts). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Subprocessors

Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting. Nango — secure OAuth and sync for channel connectors (only when you connect a channel; we never store your channel passwords). Anthropic (Claude) — powers the optional AI assistant, which is off by default; if you enable it, we minimize the data sent and disclose retention here.

Data isolation & security

Every customer is a separate tenant, isolated at the database level by row-level security so one customer can never see another's data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is logged.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data until you delete it. You can export all of your data at any time (Settings → Export) and permanently delete your workspace and all of its data (Settings → Danger zone), which also disconnects any connected channels.
