The service

HitPulse aggregates your sales, revenue, and payouts and computes per-break profitability. Figures are provided for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying them against your channels of record for tax, accounting, and reconciliation purposes.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login secure, only upload data you have the right to use, and don't attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe: HitPulse Pro (monthly or annual) with an optional AI assistant add-on. Annual plans are priced at ten times the monthly rate. The AI add-on includes a monthly usage allowance with a hard cap and optional one-time top-ups. You can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues to the end of the paid period. Promotional pricing, where offered, is honored for its stated term.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
